– work up to 3 rep training max for the day

Partner Met-Con
15-12-9 OHS (95/65)+ Bastards and Plank Hold
– P1 completes 15 OHS followed by 15 Bastards while P2 holds plank, then both switch places; continue in this fashion until all reps are completed.
