Met-Con

2 Minutes Row (1st at 18-20 SPM; 2nd at 22-24 SPM; 3rd at 24-26 SPM)
REST 2 minutes
2 minutes Jump Rope (1st = single skips only, 2&3rd = DUs or singles)
REST 2 minutes
2 minutes Pull-Ups (may choose from any of the following options: Arch-Hollow Transitions; Kipping w/ Straight Arm Elevation; Pull-Ups, C2B Pull-Ups)
