90 seconds overhead band distraction each side

    This was a fun one with a *really* big group for the noon class! I surprised myself by stalling out on the sit-ups before the burpees – I had a lot of difficulty getting out of a chair earlier because of this – and the swings were quite the struggle at the end. I’m more than a little worried about how tomorrow will go, now…
