Monday seemed so lonely with no comments between Sunday and Tuesday. I skipped this partially because I had work to do before catching a flight and partially because I was still worn out from Sunday. Maybe everyone else did, too!
I <3 push presses. Loved today's workout, despite the thrusters. Hit 83# on 3 rep max,which is what I hit a few weeks ago. Did 16 and 9 on the max rep rounds with 63#. Used 20# DBs for the metcon, which was challenging and slowed me down a bit. I was a couple sit-ups short of 4 rounds there.
