– After each set of DLs, alternate between the following exercises:
- Max effort Hollow hold (Rx’d = supine; scale down to plank; scale up to prone hollow)
- 10 Paloff press per side

Great workout today!
I did 315# deadlifts and the prone hollow holds for the work sets.
Moderately heavy deadlifts make for a happy Reg! 😀
