10 band good mornings
10 Pike position calf raises each side

Strength Prep
1 x 10 RDL (Bar only)
1 x 10 10 DL (@ 30%)
1 x 5 DL (@ 50%)
1 x 5 DL (@ 60%)

Strength
6 rounds of
3 Dead Lifts @ 70% of 1RM
– After each set of DLs, alternate between the following exercises:

  1. Max effort Hollow hold (Rx’d = supine; scale down to plank; scale up to prone hollow)
  2. 10 Paloff press per side

Mobility
60sec each position of Band Hamstring series

    Great workout today!

    I did 315# deadlifts and the prone hollow holds for the work sets.

    Moderately heavy deadlifts make for a happy Reg! 😀
