20 Alt Samson Lunges
10 hips to wall

1×10 Russian KB Swings (both hands) + 10 dolphin pushups
1×10 Single Arm KB Swing Practice + 20 Hollow hops

EMOM 24  (8 Rounds each)
A)         10 Alt single Arm KB Swings (scale to 2 handed Russian Swings)
B)         20 Spider Planks (10 per side)
C)         30 Double Unders (scale to 10 jump squats +60 single skips)

    This was a fun day – had planned on resting but with this on the schedule decided to use the workout as active rest! Felt good the whole way through other than whipping myself a couple times with a new rope…

    Ok so I thought mountain climbers were good incentive to master DUs, but jump squats are so much more! I am buying my own jump rope to practice at home. Seriously!

    Not quite as enthusiastic as Dray on the fun part, but all in all good workout 🙂
