4 Spider Lunge with Reach-Up on both sides
20 Mountain Climbers/side
4 Alt-T Pushups
20 Band or Tube Pull Aparts
4 Plank-to-Squat

Met-Con
3 rounds of:

In 2:30, complete a 250m Row, then max Ball Slams in remaining time;

Rest 2:30;

In 2:30, complete 25 Box Jumps, then max Alt DB Snatches in remaining time;

Rest 2:30;
