Turkish Getups
1 x 2 un-weighted (1/side), then,
8-6-4-2, adding weight each set as able (alternating sides each rep, starting with 5 each side, 4 etc)

10 Alternating single Arm KB Swings
20 Windshield wipers
10 Alternating single Arm KB Swings
20 Push-ups
