Stuck at 83# for the rounds of 3. Attempted 88, but could only do 1 rep. I can’t find any past blog comment documentation/memory of what I’ve done on floor presses, so let’s just call it a PR 🙂

My arm/elbow needs some practice, training, focus on not swinging out. Ain’t no thing like a chicken wing swing! It actually feels similar to old squat habits (knee pivoting/caving in for a brief moment before correcting). I want to get that stability and control to not cave, even for a second.
