    My lower back was really tight so I opted for good mornings in lieu of squats (particularly since they were coming in the metcon). Steph noticed my hips were shifting. 🙁 I didn’t go too heavy, maybe 83#? It was a tough morning for counting too!

    Used a 15# plate and took it moderately on the metcon since I knew I was doing 14.4 after class. A plus was Russian twists felt okay! Lunges were definitely the toughest, but going backward helps a LOT.
