2 Squat Cleans + 2 Thrusters + 2 S2OH (moderate weight)
Workout
In groups of 2-3, complete a pyramid of 1-2-3-4-3-2-1, and
where each rep equals 1 Squat Clean* + 1 Thruster + 1 S2OH
* may be scaled to 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat, but squat must be separate from the thruster

Ohhhh it’s been a while since I’ve done front squats. I feel like mine were a mess today with my hips rising early on both the squat cleans and the thrusters. I worked with 63#.
