6 Spider Lunges w/ reach up on both sides
12 Scorpion
6 Hanging Scap Retractions
12 OH Band Pull Aparts

Strength (30 minute time cap)
with a partner, complete 5 Rounds of

  1. Max strict chin-ups*; then, immediately follow with
  2. 4 Alt Turkish Get Ups; then,
  3. Rest while partner goes

* chin-ups scale to 2 negatives with chin-up grip

Finisher
6 minute Tabata (6 Rounds of each exercise, 20sec of work + 10sec of rest), alternating between:

  1. Spider Planks
  2. Band Pull Aparts
