Reached 143# on the last set of three deadlifts, but they were a mess form-wise. If they hadn’t been my last set I probably would have dropped back down to 133# or 138#. I was surprised my legs weren’t sore, but those side benders got me! Also windshield wipers always bruise my hips. Good class though!
