Strict press was weird because the weight felt “light” every time. My body always thought it was getting ready for a push press, and my arms were a little shocked that they weren’t getting any help each time. I worked up to 68 and failed (2 reps), but Sarah gave me some breathing tips and I was able to do 3. Thanks, Sarah!
