30 Minutes to work towards a 1RM Snatch training max

5 Rounds of the following, completing one exercise every minute:
3 Jump Squats for max height (land light!);
6 Russian Twists/side (using heaviest possible Bupmer Plate, DB, or KB)
9 T2B (scale up to 12 alternating T2B and K2E)

Fun time working with Scott and drop-in Adam on snatch today – wasn’t feeling 100% but with their support worked up to my previous 1RM of 115# and while that was still heavy it didn’t seem like a true max for a better day. Backed off from there to work on pulling under but (and maybe this shouldn’t be true) it felt good to be where I was back in December or potentially better even after some time off.
Messy max at 68#. Dropped down to 63# for practice on better form. I pull from the ground too fast and raise my hips too early (gah, I even twerk on snatches). It’s hard for me to to go slower on the uptake with out losing momentum on the rest of the movement. Got some good coaching from Steph though, thanks coach!
