    Worked up to 93#, really focusing on my core. One thing I’m having problems with is bringing the weight down in between reps. I feel like it takes more energy to control it down than it takes going up! I guess I can drop it faster and work on absorbing more? Not sure but the let down on the heavier weights wipes me out.
