5 Rounds each for time: sprint round, Rest during partners set

25 KB Swings
15 Burpees

Band Hamstring series

    Just going to leave it at this because I’m still tired: thankfully I was what I thought of as pessimistic on the KB weight or I might still be there. On the plus side, I hurt enough everywhere else that my still sore hamstrings felt better after this (no way it had anything to do with mobility work focused on them specifically, right?).
