    Working with Vin proves to be motivational again – on seeing 80% I had been thinking somewhere around 225-240# (based on my imaginary 1RM of 300#) but to make the weight switching easy for the 295# he was lifting, I went for 245 and it felt pretty good. Couldn’t do touch and go but maintained my form and tension so hopefully not going to really feel awful after sitting on a plane for a few hours tonight.

    Of course, all the good feelings from that success were wiped out as 20 band pull-aparts defeated me. Luckily we had a really long time to get through the finisher.

    I’m not so sure about this gorilla walk being a warm-up. I will have to add it to the list of activities that make me suspicious Chris has a camera running somewhere and we can soon expect some documentary about what people will do in the name of ‘exercise’.
