15 Jumping Jacks
10 Squats
5 Hanging Scap Retractions
15 Mountain Climbers
10 Squats
5 Rolling Split Straddles

1 minute calf stretch (:30/:30 straight leg/bent knee) per side
1 minute death stretch per side

30min EMOM, rotating between the following three couplets (10 Rounds each)
A) 15 Double Unders + 5 Burpees
B) 10 Box Jumps + 5 Push-Ups
C) 5 DB Thrusters + 5 Toes-to-Bar*

*scale to Hanging Knee raise

    Well this was pretty miserable. Looking at the workout ahead of time I was expecting awful things (normally EMOM comes with rest but there were enough reps built in here that I doubted it would be much) but I thought it would kick in around halfway or maybe even a little later. Nope. By minute 9 I was wondering how I could do another 21 minutes. By minute 24 breathing was a luxury I no longer had. I didn’t expect it but I think the box jumps were the worst part…

    On the positive side, after the first round DUs went pretty well so I didn’t whip myself too many times. Only a few marks to match the rope burns and bruises on my legs from Thursday.
