2×2 Three position Pause Extension+ 2 Hang Snatch Hi Pull + 4 OHS (BAR only, then LT wt)
2×2 Hang Snatch Hi Pull + 2 Hang Power Snatch +2 OHS (LT wt, then MOD wt)

Strength – Snatch (24 minute time limit)
8 x 1+1
– reset for second rep within 15 seconds

Team Met-Con
Working in groups of up to 3 people, complete a 15 Minute AMRAP of
45 Hang Power Snatch (M 95/75/55 W 63/53/45)
45 Burpees
– One person working at a time, divide reps as desired
