    So much strict press – weird how a little bit of focus on it has caused some improvement in just a couple weeks, though. Hit 120# on the single rep set which is 10# heavier than I’ve done for strict and may have been able to handle 125#.

    Metcon was fun – push-ups slowed me down and I lost the kip for T2B around round 5 but still felt like I kept moving well and never hit a point where I had to stop to gasp for too long. Good prep for a week of travel, sitting and poor eating!
