Did one working set and bumped to 98# for the last two sets. I was feeling a little stronger than when I did 88# on the 10 rep sets a little over a week ago. I’ve previously hit 95# at 8 reps and 103# at 6 reps, so I’m increasing little by little!

Focused on tight core and not letting the hips rise early. There were a couple of corrections sprinkled in there but overall I was feeling pretty solid.
Working sets at 225#. And big thanks to Steve for the surprise “Roxanne” finisher!
I’ll verify that Kenna was very solid on her squats. Most importantly, the few times there was even a hint of early hip rise, she realized it and the next rep looked great.

I subbed good mornings and did the same weight as Kenna….toughest part was unracking and reracking the bar.
