    As I looked at this workout last night I thought it was going to be fun but was definitely missing something… Sore hamstrings from a rough Sunday? Nope, have those taken care of. Way too many brownies the night before making physical activity both a must and a terrible idea? I got that covered. Inchworms and band pull aparts? Definitely, painfully there. On arrival it was made clear: an extra 25 burpees to wrap up the night! Of course, how could I forget those? Thanks, Abbey.
