Hit a very messy 98# clean on round 5, but couldn’t hit it again. It seemed I was able to hit 93# consistently, which is an improvement. Focused on tight upper back and core and using the hips. I could probably stand to drop lower and get more under the weight. Jerks felt good. Used 73# for the end, felt super easy then! 25# plate on metcon, which did not feel super easy!
