    Got up to 113# with Melissa! Since I have never maxed out on back squat, this is as high as I’ve ever gotten. Felt challenging but good.

    And I’ve finally found that 6 layers of yoga mats in windshield wipers is finally enough to not have bruised hips the next day!

    Updating here since today’s workout isn’t currently posted. Did 2 sets of 2 reps at 123#. Definitely felt heavy. I always have a sticking point about 1/3 of the way back up, but I eventually push through.
