I was on a great team, thankfully with 5 people. I think the team of 4 had a huge disadvantage with the modifications! I was rowing my heart out to keep under a 2 min split, but I could hardly do burpees after sprinting so hard. I’m super impressed with Kelly and Justin who ran a 5K and were still able to tear this metcon up!
