    Worked up to 210# and then used 135# during the Tabata Finisher. Tabata work is always a humbling experience.

    Worked up to 93# for 2 rounds, which I think is higher than I’ve gone on front squats before, but didn’t realize it at the time. It was definitely challenging to keep my back tight and chest up. On the tabataI did one round at 73#, but dropped down to 53# just to be able to get in more reps. It was a rough one!
