I always like box squats. I feel more confident as the worst that can happen is that you sit down. Need to work on keeping chest up all three reps (my third tended to be less tight).. Did working sets at 103#/108#. That tabata was a whopper (as they always are). I’m a little worried about what my legs are going to feel like tomorrow…
Legs are a little wobbly today which isn’t normal coming out of box squats but a combination of maybe going a little heavier than I should (145# for the working sets which is lighter than normal but was pretty rough) and the tabata has me thankful we’re hanging from a bar today.
