Stuck conservatively to the percentages for once and this felt pretty good despite not squatting for a while. Only worked up to 135# which meant being able to stay explosive. Still, enough to make me sore!

Metcon was painful towards the end but made it through the lunges with a 45# plate without stopping. Can’t quite say the same for the twists but close!
