REMINDER: New Year’s Day Gym Hours are as follows:

Wednesday, 12/31/14 = Morning & Noon classes ONLY (includes 1-2pm Open Gym); all evening classes are CANCELLED
Thursday, 1/1/15 = special New Year’s Day workout at 10am only (90min class)
Friday, 1/2/15 = regular schedule

10 Spider Lunges
15 Band Good Mornings
10 Hips to Wall

then,

1 Minute Single Leg Flexion w/ ER each side

Strength – Back Squat
Prep: 10 w/ bar, 5, 5, 5;
Work: 10-8-6-4-2
make each set challenging but not max effort

Mobility
1 Minute Spinal twist with hip crossover each way, each side
