    I think I went too heavy on the 3s and 2s, or didn’t get enough rest, because I failed on my first 1 rep attempt after just doing the same weight for 2. I got up to 83# for 2 and then 1….I think I have 88# in me, maybe another day, but I’m still pretty pleased with 83#. Might be a PR for push press, but I’ve been terrible about recording weights so who knows.

    63# on C&Js felt heavy, and I kept smacking my collarbone…I probably need to focus on higher elbows to avoid curling the bar and getting it too far out front. Collarbone bruises are not fun.
