    Well, whoever decided on OHS really nailed it for the weekend. Focused on pulling under and kept it fairly light working up to 85# (with one round at 95# where I didn’t drop under the snatch) but the squats felt surprisingly good. Legs were tired and got worse, wrists always hurt a bit, but 95# on the heaviest didn’t feel like a real struggle which is really promising for Sunday.
