Deadlift days are always good days. I did my working sets at 123, 133, 143, 143…Jessi noted I needed to squeeze my shoulderblades more at the bottom of the lift in particular, so I stayed at the same weight for the last set and think I improved that. These felt heavy but doable.

I went with 93# for the metcon after Tom said we should choose a weight for which we could do 15 reps unbroken. Of course, push-ups were the worse part. Tom noted I was kipping on my push-ups at one point (oops!), so I attempted to stop that. Interesting technique, though! I finished in just under 10 minutes.
