Take 12 Minutes to build to moderate set of 3 (~50-60% of 1RM Back Squat)
then,
Every 40 Seconds for 16 Min (8 Rounds each), rotate between:
A) 3 Box squats*
B) 6 Heavy Russian KB Swings
C) 3 Plank to Squat to Broad jump
* Use weight that all 3 in group can use at ~40-60% 1RM
