    Legs a little rough from the 200+ squats on Monday but this was another fun one! Really looking forward to the box jump/burpee/rowing/thruster/kb swing workout for 15.5. Round 1 felt good, 2 was about the same, 3 got ugly and 4 went downhill big time leading to just under 8 rounds.

    This was very fun, not too bad because of the rest, but I felt like the volume really added up, and I was pretty tired by the fourth round. I didn’t realize quite how tired it made me until I got home and sat down.

    I tried Coach Kate’s suggestion of a regular push-up negative with a small knee assist on the way up – and I liked it! It was definitely a good scaling option in between knee push-ups and regular push-ups. Hopefully doing that option sometimes will make the regular push-ups come a little faster?
