Skill – Handstand Progression* (12 minutes)
1 x 2 Wall Walkers + 15 Hollow Rocks
2 x 10-20 Alt Shoulder taps
2 x 1 Kick up and hold (back to wall)
– if unable to move into next step of progression, repeat last level for subsequent number of sets

Strength – Strict Press (20 minutes)

50 Band Pull Aparts in as few sets as possible

    I did all my strict press sets at 50#, which was just right….I just barely got the last rep of my last set. Breathing at the top helps immensely on these.

    Band pull-aparts weren’t as bad as I thought they would be! I did 20, 16, and 14….pretty sure that totals 50.
