Met-ConPartner Running Annie
400 M Run + 50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders
Ab Mat Sit-ups

Partner A Runs 400 M, as soon as finished partner B begins 400, while A begins Annie
A completes as much of Annie as possible before B returns.
When B Returns, B begins Annie while A runs again.
When A returns, A picks up where they left off while B runs again.
Continue in this fashion until the workout is complete.

    This was a fun one! I subbed rowing (though I want to get back to running this season!) and did single skips – combined with sit-ups, three of my favorite movements! When I finished I worked a little on DUs, and shockingly I did single-double x8, which is the most I’ve strung together. I’m excited for the day I can do DUs in a workout!
