Coming back after over a week off on squat days can be painful but didn’t feel too bad hitting 200 for the round of 2. The metcon was a lot more fun, though! Combining rowing and running… novel. Kept my target at 20 cal and slowed down from 50 seconds to around a minute on the third round then on the fourth had Jessi pushing a bit and sped up to finish faster than I started. The running was pretty consistently slow, though.
