Strength – Back Squat (40 Min)
Prep: 1 x 10 w/ bar, 5-5-5;
Work: 15-12-9 at same weight
– Aim for challenging set of 15, and then use the same weight for 12 and 9;
– Rest 3-4 Minutes between work sets
