3 Rounds of
6 Spider Lunges/side
6 Over-Under Scap Touches
6 Squats
6 PVC Dislocates
6 PVC Sotts Press to OHS

then,

90sec Partner Bully stretch

Skill – Snatch Balance Technique
1 x 4 Pressing Snatch Balance;
1 x 4 Drop to Snatch Balance;
then,
1 x 4 Snatch Balance
for all sets, use a light weight bar (anyone w/ OHS equal to BW, use normal bar; all others use a bar lighter than normally used for class {i.e. 45# uses 33#, 33# uses 15#})

Strength – Snatch Balance (25min)
7 x 1 Snatch Balance + 1 Heaving Snatch Balance
– first set w/ bar only; then add weight as able/desired (feet move for the Snatch Balance, but remain wide for the Heaving Snatch Balance)
– scale to 7 x 3 OHS
