All of us have memories of our first workouts at CrossFit DC. Well, now it’s your turn to bring a friend or family member to the gym and join them as they tackle their first CrossFit workout!
This Saturday, we’re opening up designated 1-hour classes at both gyms — 10am at H Street, and 12pm at 14th Street — for CrossFit DC’s first “Bring-a-Friend Workout.” CFDC members can bring anyone they’d like – be it friend, family member, co-worker, or neighbor – to join in for a free workout. The workout will be designed for all ability levels, so there’s no need to worry about teaching your training partner for the day how to squat snatch from the low hang (or worse yet… how to perform a split jack). This is your chance to share your fitness fascination while having a little fun.
To sign up, email info@crossfitdc.com to take care of waivers ahead of time, or just show up 10-12 minutes early with your partner to check in before the workout. Any questions? Just give us a shout. Hope to see many of you — and your friends and family members — this coming Saturday!
