Now this is a delightful pairing: Turkish Get-Ups and Handstand Work (*shoulder stability* and *shoulder strength*, if you will). Class will start with a primer on the Turkish Get-Up, before moving on to a full range of handstand work, including walk walks and how best to kick up into a handstand.
