Met-Con
Every two Minutes for 24 Minutes (6 Rounds each), alternate between:

A) 6 Alt DB Snatch + 12 Box Jumps + 6 V Ups
B) 6 Toes to Bar + 12 Push-ups + 6 Plank to Squat

Cool Down
1:30 Death Stretch (:45 low/:45 high)/side
1:30 Standing Calf Stretch (:45 straight leg/:45 bent knee)/side
