Prep:

2 x 3 reps of Deadlift complex (1 Deadlift + 2 RDL + 2 Shrugs)

Work:
5 x 3 Deadlift complex (1 Deadlift + 2 RDL + 2 Shrugs)

– Should be done with double overhand grip
– Do not drop from top
– Use weight that allows for proper form through all movements
