Prep:
1 x 10 w/ bar;
2-3 x 5 working up in weight

Work:
8-8-5-5-5

Team Met-Con (in groups 3)
75 Zercher Squats (teammates may help get bar into position)
75 Pendlay Rows

– Complete all Zercher Squats before moving on to Rows
– Each person does 3 burpees at the top of every minute (including to start).
