Sure, we’ve covered Toes-to-Bar (T2B) before, highlighting how to get better at kipping through progressive steps, and scaling options to help master the movement during workouts. This Saturday, however, we’re also going to follow up our teaching session with some dedicated strength work for the upper back via the Barbell Row (including the difference between a Barbell Row and a Pendlay Row)
