Strength – Front Squat (30 min)
Prep:
1 x 10 w/bar;
3 x 4 working up in weight

Work:
8-8-8-6-6-6

Complete one set of accessory exercise after each work set, alternating between:
A) 8 DB RDL
B) 16 Spider Planks (8/side)
