Strength – Deadlift Complex
Prep:
1 x 10 RDL w/ bar;
3 x 2 DL + 2 RDL working up in weight

Work:
5 x 2 Deadlifts + 4 RDL + 2 Shrugs

– Double overhand grip only
– Use weight that allows unbroken sets while maintaining posture
– Bar must be lowered after the last shrug for the set to count (Do not drop from the top)
