After the success of our last class focusing on the difference between snatching from the hang and snatching-from-the-floor, we thought we’d give it another go this coming Saturday. This time however, we’ll shine the spotlight a little more little more on taking lifts from the floor, including a new exercise for those who need just a little more help getting the hang of pulling from the floor.
