10 Alt Dead Bugs

Strength – Strict Press (25 Min)
Prep:
1 x 10 w/ bar;
3 x 3 working up in weight

Work:
3-2-2-1-1-1-1 (work up to training max)

Accessory – Push Press (15 min)
4 x max reps PUSH PRESS using Strict Press training max set above
– follow with one accessory exercise, alternating between:
A) 20 Plate Russian Twists
B) 20 Spider Planks (10/side)
